About Kachol Balev
Kachol Balev is here to offer support to Israeli businesses that have been affected by the current war. We believe in contributing to the Israeli economy during difficult times and we work to facilitate relationships between Israel-supporters from around the world with Israeli companies in need. We are reminded of our strength in times of need and Kachol Balev is here to help deliver that strength. Our mission is simple: help secure the future of Israel's economic well-being.

While 300,000 IDF reservists step away from their daily lives in order to protect the Jewish homeland, we help the Israeli companies they work at fill these vacant roles and promote businesses that need our support. We connect volunteers from around the world to Israeli companies, giving remote professionals around the world the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

Kachol Balev was founded by tech professionals and miluimnikim who are passionate about connecting remote volunteers with Israeli companies in need of assistance during Operation Swords of Iron.
Letter from the Founder
Hi, I'm David. I left Israel on October 11th, after having been there for the Chagim and the beginning of the war. My entire family lives in Israel, and I've been thinking of ways to help despite the distance.

After talking to my contacts in the Israeli tech sector, I found out that about 30-40% of their workforce either got called up for reserve duty, are sitting shiva, or aren't in the right headspace to work.

I thought it would be helpful if I volunteered some of my time in order to help these companies. We may not be boots on the ground, making food for soldiers or picking fruit in a kibbutz, but you can still help remotely by offering your professional services to Israeli companies in need. I figured that there might be others like me who want to do more to help Israel, so I started Kachol Balev.
Join me in helping the Israeli economy during these tough times. Remote volunteers can really make a difference right now. This is the chance to connect with Israeli companies on the ground who need our help.
